Conceptual Options is also one of the only surrogacy and egg donation agencies on the West Coast that is licensed by the State of New York Department of Health and authorized to operate within New York State as a Donor Agency. Most importantly, we are registered with the FDA, responsible for compliance with regulations set forth within the industry. We have a full service surrogacy and egg donation center that includes an attorney and a full service staff. We use a team approach whereby your egg donation and/or surrogacy arrangement is managed by your doctor, the attorneys, the psychologists, and us for you. This approach will provide you with the best possible situation and will alleviate most of your risks and fears. In addition, we are able to provide prompt, personal service to help you make the right decisions regarding your Egg Donor, Surrogate, or Intended Parents because we have a large staff available for you full time and after hours. Of course, our egg donor database is certainly the most comprehensive in the industry because we verify our egg donors' credentials and availability each month, and remove those egg donors that are no longer part of our program.

Having written the book, Assisted Reproduction, on how each case should be managed, we make certain that you make all of the right decisions regarding your Surrogate, Egg Donor or Intended Parents. Our guide provides Egg Donors, Surrogates, and Intended Parents with the road map by which to make decisions along the way. Assisted Reproduction also provides Intended Parents, Surrogates and Egg Donors with the resources that they will need along their journey.
Most importantly, we provide your physician with medical records (pursuant to HIPPA Guidelines) for each Egg Donor and Surrogate for each donation cycle and/or pregnancy they have experienced. Although this is not required by ASRM, the AMA, or most individual doctors, this is added assurance for you that your Surrogate and/or Egg Donor has been screened first by our office for risk factors, such as determined by the FDA, that may affect your outcome. By performing a preliminary screening before medically related expenses are incurred, you can rest assured that you are making the best decisions possible.
Our Surrogacy & Egg Donation Center was created around the commitment of two sisters who have dealt with their fertility on opposite ends of the spectrum. Having experienced third-party reproduction first hand and knowing the heart breaking battle of infertility and the associated treatments, they created Conceptual Options, LLC a Center for Surrogacy and Egg Donation.
